Lawrence Holiday Inn

A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees at the Lawrence Holiday Inn, 200 McDonald Drive, Lawrence, Kansas. The special conference rate is $89.00 for a room with 1 king bed or 2 double beds, plus applicable state and local occupancy taxes. This block of rooms will be held until September 19, 2014 at which time they will be released to the public. After September 19, 2014 room rate and availability cannot be guaranteed.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or first night room deposit.

The Oread Hotel

A block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees at The Oread Hotel, 1200 Oread, Lawrence, Kansas. The special conference rate is $119.00 for a room with 1 king bed for Thursday and Sunday nights and $169.00 for Friday and Saturday nights, plus applicable state and local occupancy taxes. This block of rooms will be held until September 15, 2014, at which time they will be released to the public. After September 15, 2014 room rate and availability cannot be guaranteed.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card or first night room deposit. Reservations must be made by calling our central reservations department 785-843-1200 (specify that you will be attending the KU Economics Conference).  Reservations hours are Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CST, Saturday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST, or Sunday 10:00 a.m.  – 3:00 p.m. CST.
